- Videos went down last week, but I managed to secure a new server and re-upload them, so everything's good now.
- In my free time that I can't make videos but I can work on the website, I managed to add some playlist functionality to the RTC Fusion Theater. So now, if you feel like watching all of TST in one sitting, you can do that without clicking back and forth between the Theater and Videos page.

Just head over to the Videos page and click "Watch All in the Theater" under any category heading. It's pretty awesome!

It seems the server our videos are hosted on went offline within the past day or so, so access to the videos is.... well.... non-existent. We're working to have that fixed as soon as possible.

It also seems plans just don't fly well with RTC Fusion Productions. As soon as I can get Knuckles and Tails to sit still for 10 minutes or so, we'll release another episode. :D

It won't be completely uploaded for another 20 minutes or so, so you'll have to wait :-( I'm also uploading it to my YouTube account, so I suppose it's a race to see which one gets online first. Hi-res streaming is all that will be up, other versions will be up tomorrow.

This doesn't actually change anything for you, which makes it seem kinda dumb, but it makes everything easier for me.

Anyway, feel free to check out Kaisonic.net if you'd like. There's not a lot there right now, but I'll be updating it soon and often.

I'm thinking of scrapping the re-animation idea. Not because I'm too lazy to do it, but because I'm sure you, as the viewer, would rather see new episodes than just the same old ones.

Also, I'm aware BBCode is not parsing correctly on the home page (so the link above doesn't show up properly). If you notice any other bugs on the site, PLEASE contact me immediately! It's hard to debug and test these sites when I've been staring at the code all day.

Episode 6 - Carnival Canticle will be out before October!

I cleaned up the site a little bit. I took out the Google Search and the ads since no one uses them and ads are very annoying (I never did like them). However, it does cost money to run the site, so a small donation would always be appreciated, especially since I literally get no money from doing this. Not that I'm complaining - just explaining why a donation would help :D So I moved the donation button to the top of the home page.. teehee

The site will be updated soon to the latest version of phpBB. This will include RSS feeds so you can subscribe to these news posts and not have to visit the site to see if there has been an update. There will also be security updates so hopefully I can re-open automatic registrations.

As of right now, just email me if you would like to register and post in the forums. Keep in mind you don't have to register to watch any videos though :)

For some reason Episode 2 of The Sonic Tales was flagged and removed from YouTube. I have no clue why. But you can still watch it here on TST.com, and our friend ClearviewPro still has a version up on his YouTube.

The first five episodes (and maybe the trailer) will be re-animated in better quality and released on a bi-weekly schedule this fall leading up to the release of Episode 6, Carnival Canticle. With a LOT of luck, we'll then do episodes 7-10 on a bi-weekly schedule in the beginning of 2011, with the release of episode 10 on the 6th anniversary of The Sonic Tales (March 6, 2011).

Short Version:
- Site cleaned up (removed ads, google search, and inactive users)
- Big site update soon with RSS feeds
- Email me to register an account
- Re-animated episodes 1-5 released bi-weekly this fall
- Episode 6 released before end of 2010
- Episodes 7-10 released bi-weekly next spring up til 6th anniversary of TST

Anyway, I don't have time to test everything right now, but theoretically, everything should be working. If it's not, drop me a line and I'll fix it.

All the videos in the archive have been re-encoded and/or fixed, and the blooper reel from Episode 5 has also been released. So go check 'em out on the new Videos page!

Other than the new site, blooper reel, re-encoding of all the videos in the archive, and the addition of the commentary version of episode 4 to the theater, there's nothing else to update you on. Of course, that is a lot of stuff.

Anyway, we hope to have out a new Sonic Tales episode soon! In the meantime, enjoy the site's new look!

Edit: You'll also notice that you can now subscribe to The Sonic Tales or any of our videos in iTunes. Just click "Subscribe in iTunes" in the upper-right corner of any category on the Videos page!

Anyway, Catt, the voice of Tails, has created yet another Sims 2 music video masterpiece, this time to Aly and AJ's hit "Potential Breakup Song". (At least, I assume it's a hit... I don't listen to their music). The two usual streaming flavors are on their way to the net now, with high- and low-resolution Windows Media downloads soon follow. I am moving up to .mp4 files for the Theater, so you may need to update your Flash player before you can watch anything. I do believe the Theater has an automatic updater if you don't have the correct version, and updating takes only a few seconds.

The reason its screenshot is missing from the archive list is because I've yet to install my image editing program on my new laptop. It'll be there eventually, it's just not something I wanted to deal with right now.

It looks like the high-res Windows Media version will be the first online, in about 7 minutes, so check that out. In a couple hours, all versions will be up and ready to go.

New The Sonic Tales coming soon!

Although it has been a couple months since the last news post, it certainly hasn't been a couple months since we've worked on The Sonic Tales. We're hard at work producing new episodes of The Sonic Tales, even if we're not here to say we are.

Two of our cast members are going on vacation in a couple of weeks, so let's just say that my goal is to have a new video out before they leave.

- Finally fixed the footer (I can't believe I went a whole year without changing the copyright year - then again, I can't believe it's been over a year since the last episode...)
- Upgraded to the latest version of the Flash movie player (basically there's now a stop button, and full-screen mode doesn't open in a new window)
- Added a little bookmark link thing to the top of the Videos page, although it's less significant here since you can probably see all the videos without scrolling...

And that's pretty much it. But I figured I couldn't post an update with such insignificant changes! To out-do myself, I continued with what I was doing before and I posted newly-encoded versions of Episode 2! Enhance your TST downloaded video collection with either a Quicktime or Windows Media high-resolution (or low if you'd prefer) video! I removed the old links to the ones on FileFront and posted new downloadable versions hosted right here on our server. I highly suggest the Windows Media HiRes one, because it's actually just a direct copy of the archive version (VERY high quality).

So that's about it for now. Hopefully it won't be too long until we get time to do Episode 5! Perhaps we'll go ahead and write the next few episodes, because that seems to get us more motivated to do an episode than when we haven't written it yet...

In Sonic Tales news, we're all willing to do the next episode - the only problem is the able part. Both Music Catt and Bob are busy with school work, and I've been suffering with what can only be classified as pneumonia for the past two weeks. But don't worry - we'll get around to it eventually. We also have a wonderful holiday-themed episode scripted that we'd love to do.

So in the meantime, enjoy Caddie's wonderful use of the Sims 2, and look forward to re-posting of old episodes in high-resolution! I mean new episodes...

The hiccup, however, was caused by the way I have to do the server change. Originally, I had wanted to put up a "We're Moving!" sign on the old server while I entered the new DNS settings for TheSonicTales.com. Unfortunately (and somewhat luckily), my account got suspended quite literally the minute after I finished downloading all my settings and files from the old server. So, for about a day (depending on when the new DNS settings propagated to your ISP), TheSonicTales.com was plagued with the dreaded "Account Suspended" page. But I had already uploaded all the files and whatnot to the new server, so it was just a matter of time. (I actually had access to the website at school before I had access at home - stupid Time Warner.)

But anyway, everything is back to normal now. In content-releasing news, we're hard at work writing more Sonic Tales videos, and hope to get time to do them very soon. I also still have another of Music Catt's Sims 2 music videos here in the wings, waiting to be posted. I believe I also still need to re-release some of the Sonic Tales videos in high-resolution. I should have a little more time pretty soon, as my major project (that's taken about two months of my life) is basically done and only needs some finishing touches.

So I hope to see some new content soon! I'll catch y'allz laterzzz.

(Wow... that was totally lame...)

So anyway, I know pretty much nothing has been happening with TST, but don't fret! We're all still here, just waiting in the wings until we have time to produce another episode. It looks to be a great video though, so stick around! Keep in mind our Music Catt (Tails) created another Sims 2 music video that I'm yet to post, so stick around for that as well!

With TheSonicTales.com now fully moved onto the new server, the scene is set to release another video and basically organize the video archive. Later today, I'll be posting 6 versions of the newest video (unfortunately, not a Sonic Tales video) in my attempt to better accommodate all users. I'll have a Flash version viewable in the RTC Fusion theater, a Windows Media version available for download, and a Quicktime version available for download for you Mac users. And of course, all three will be available in high quality and low quality - the former for broadband and cable users, and the latter for slower users. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be releasing a streaming version compatible with dial-up users - if your connection really is that slow, you wouldn't want to stream anything anyway, because it would look like what Tails did to the lake. But you should still be able to download the low-quality versions with no problems. I'll try to average those file sizes at around 20 MB or less, which, by my calculations, would take around 45 minutes on a dial-up connection. I guess that sounds pretty bad, but if you're on dial-up, you really shouldn't be relying on the Internet for media entertainment anyway! Besides, maybe dial-up users would pay more for a DVD since it would be their only real means of seeing the series.... (dot dot dot)

Anywhosinheimer, in conclusion, new video tonight, updated archive by the weekend, and hopefully more Sonic Tales soon after. Peace all!

...

Haha, just kidding... It's not April 1, so I guess that joke kinda sucks..... BUT anyways...

TheSonicTales.com is being moved to a new server! For those of you that don't realize it, that's a good thing! This transfer will happen in a few days and might cause some downtime for both the site and the videos, so just hang in there. I promise that on Monday, the site transition will be completed, and there will be AT LEAST one new video in the archive!

So hang in there guys! More antics from Sonic and Tails are coming soon!

I'd like to start off by first saying that we're not dead in any way. We're just... not really doing anything right now. Both myself and Bob (Knuckles) have started college classes again, with Catherine (Tails) starting her last year at junior high, so I guess it can be expected for not a lot to happen here at RTCF. Catherine did make another Sims music video some time ago, but I seem to have lost it from the network server...

In other news, our website host is just now having problems with the whole media streaming/download thing we do at RTCF. So not only do we need to focus on getting new videos out, I also have to work this thing out beforehand, so we don't push our luck. I'm currently working on a small side-project, where I'm setting up my old computer as a server that we could actually use. That's completely experimental though, and it might take a while to figure out. The good news would be that, with my own server, we'd have a lot more freedom. But, if that doesn't work out, I'll probably move on to paid hosting. It'd be the first time I've paid for web hosting (minus the domain name fees of course), but hey - there's a first time for everything I suppose.

So hang in there with us! I promise we'll have more content and entertainment soon enough!

9/17 Addendum: I moved all versions of Episode 4 of TST to my other file server and fixed the link to the LoRes QT version of the commentary. Hopefully this won't really affect anything (except no more versions on FileFront).

Also, some of you that scroll down may have noticed those ads on the right. I figured that as long as they aren't really bothersome, they should be fine. They blend into the site, and are really more of just a list of links that should interest you rather than blatant advertisements that say CLICK HERE (those things suck). I think they're neat. Besides, I get paid to have 'em there, so it's a win-win!

Also, I'm not sure if any of you have noticed that little Donation button the left there (I doubt any of you has since I've received NO donations in the two years that button has existed), but please take notice of it. I suppose I'm not exactly the most needy person ever, but this stuff still costs money, so if you have a few extra bucks, please feel free to donate. It's for a good cause too. TST is a good cause, isn't it? Of course it is! And if you're wondering how to become a "sponsor", that's how you do it. If you donate to RTCF, you are, in essence, a sponsor, and will be listed on an appropriate page as a sponsor. You don't specifically get anything special at the moment, but you might in the future... so go ahead and become a sponsor!

Also also, if you're a more mature audience member, don't forget to check out our sister site KillFaz.com, maintained by the same guy that does this site (me). I'm releasing other miscellaneous videos I've done weekly over on that site, so check it out if you're interested.

See ya next week!

Also, as promised, I'll be posting high-resolution downloadable versions of a Sonic Tales video later today. I think I'll go with the trailer, just to go in chronological order. So don't forget to check that out later today, and come back next week for more downloadable versions of your favorite Sonic Tales episodes!

Edit: I just finished adding the high-resolution Windows Media and Quicktime versions of the Sonic Tales Trailer to the database. So go download, and don't forget to come back next week!

On the agenda next is to update the rest of the site, like the old FAQ and really old messages at the top of the main page. After that, I'll try to get on a weekly schedule of releasing high-resolution downloadable versions of the videos in the archive to carry you over to the release of Episode 5 of The Sonic Tales. After that, it might be a while til Episode 6. Or not. I guess we'll find out.

Most of my time will be taken up primarily by a secret project I can't tell anyone about, and secondarily on RTC Fusion's sister site KillFaz.com, which used to be combined with TheSonicTales.com. But now they're separated, as RTC Fusion and Crazy Bum Productions are really two different groups of people (minus me, who does just about everything for both). So, if you get bored with TheSonicTales.com, head over to KillFaz.com - but be warned that it's a more mature site that this is. So if you don't like swearing, are easily offended by the word "gay", are under 13 years old, or just generally hate the world, don't go to KillFaz.com. Actually, if you're that last one, you probably shouldn't be on this site either. But that's really your problem now isn't it?

So head on over to the Videos page and re-watch all of your favorite The Sonic Tales episodes in high-resolution, and come back next week to download one of them. And then the next week to download another, and so on, until you'll be able to download Episode 5. W00t.

Coming soon to the RTC Fusion / Crazy Bum sites:
- Downloadable versions of the recently-released Kill Faz video
- A SLIGHT makeover of the two sites (I found a new host, so I'm basically going to separate RTC Fusion and Crazy Bum (The Sonic Tales and Kill Faz, respectively). There won't really be a visible difference, except for different themes on each site, and updated content (that FAQ is old). I also hope to have the RTC Fusion Theater running for all videos after the site overhaul.)
- Yet another Kill Faz video (a PSA about Facebook, originally made for the variety show at my college)
- The next episode in The Sonic Tales
- Some Halo 2 montages

And that's really about it. A lot of work though, and balancing that with college work is pretty difficult. Especially when I waste my time making these fancy news posts. That no one reads. I mean...what.

And what's the best thing to accompany a brand new frickin-sweet flash player? Another new video! I'm sure you'll be happy to hear that the production of the prologue to Season 2 of Kill Faz is nearly complete. It's being debated whether to call this video Episode 5, PSA 2, or Prologue to Season 2, but I guess we'll figure that out later.

As for other upcoming projects, there are a lot - I've got two new Halo 2 montages in the works, Jay's got a Halo montage in the works (I believe), the next installment of The Sonic Tales is being worked on, and there are a few other videos that either have been completed or will be in the near future. Just remember that I'm on Spring Break next week - and for an anti-social totally-Internet-orientated guy like me, that means a lot more video production.

Also, I know I said I wasn't going to work on the website at all and work completely on videos, but it looks like the plan has changed by just a little. I found another host for our websites, this one giving us a generous 2GB of online space, which will be very helpful for hosting video downloads and streaming flash files. However, being the lazy guy I am, I didn't want to have to change a lot of the information associated with "thesonictales.com" (quite a few people depend on it for email, for example). So I figured, since I have two domains, I might as well maximize my possibilities and host them on different hosts. Effectively, this gives us 2.25 GB of space and 110 GB of monthly bandwidth. However, I'm not allowed to host a domain and simply have files there - I have to have a website. So I figure that splitting the two sites (what I was originally going to do) is not that bad of an idea. KillFaz.com, hosted on one host, will be focused on Crazy Bum Productions and the more mature videos produced thereof, and TheSonicTales.com, hosted on the other host, will be focused on RTC Fusion Productions and the lower-age-orientated videos produced thereof. But don't worry - with my Spring Break around the corner, this won't affect video production too much.

Thanks for watching everyone! And don't forget to come back every once in a while!

But you're in luck! We here at Kill Faz have finally scripted and had a preliminary read of the next installment of the series. Beyond that, I've got nothing for you folks (surprise surprise). Be sure to check back often for updates in our progress (what does progress mean again?) and schedule. I'm sure that Kill Faz: Season 2 will be well worth the wait. Who knows - we may be working on the production of the Kill Faz: Season 1 DVD - but yeah, you're right...probably not....

The episode itself, entitled "Waterfall Wile", is just over 5 minutes and is, in my opinion, the best (and hardest to make) episode yet. So, if you haven't already, go watch it/download it! All versions (except YouTube of course) are on our own server for convenient downloading, so get to it!

As for the future, we'll just have to wait and see. There are a few projects bubbling below the surface, like some Halo 2 montages, more Kill Faz videos, and more The Sonic Tales videos. So you'll just have to wait and see what the future brings.

I hope you enjoy!

That's another thing I want to address. Our company name is quite simply nothing right now. I've kept RTC Fusion Productions just because it was the original and I'm too lazy to go around and change it everywhere. On the videos, we've had numerous names, like Kill Faz Productions, Red-Light Green-Light Entertainment (which has a very cool logo, I might add), and Hanging Bum Productions. In the end, I'm thinking of going with Crazy Bum Productions, cause it's a very cool name, and I have a very cool idea for the logo videos. But of course, that will come when there's more time.

I'm not sure if 102 people have actually voted or if my poll is just getting spammed, but the results are certainly correct. I'm in no position to do ANYTHING with the website, save releasing videos. I mean seriously - the website is pretty awesome, and there's nothing actually wrong with it, so why bother changing it? So, as a New Year's Resolution for all of us here at...we'll go with Crazy Bum Productions, we promise to only work on videos for at least a long time. The website's just fine.

But then again, working on videos has been a problem for us in the past. To be honest, I love doing this stuff, it's a lot of fun, but I just haven't had time. Not only does college take up enough time, I've got a girlfriend and close friends to hang out with, not to mention all those new video games out now. Well, I guess F.E.A.R. isn't exactly new, but nevertheless, it has taken up a bunch of my time lately. But hopefully, something will happen here.

Here's an up and coming list of the videos that will be released here (eventually):
- The Sonic Tales Episode 4 (should be easy because all the people that work on this live in the same house as I do; will also feature a remixed rock version of the theme song)
- The Sonic Tales PSA (originally scheduled for Thanksgiving, this PSA will probably humourously explain why Sonic and Tails are so lazy)
- Kill Faz Episode 05 (humourously explaining our gayness in releasing videos)
- Another Halo 2 montage from both me and Jay (easier to do because they're independant projects)
- Anti-montage of Halo 2 by yours truly featuring a humourously dubbed version of "Blow Me Away" (Breaking Benjamin's song on the Halo 2 soundtrack)
- Possible PSA-like portion to go with above video (with me and Jay talking about stuff)
- My own *extremely* gay rendition of the Numa Numa video by Gary Brolsma (already filmed, just needs to be put together and uploaded)

So that's a tentative list of the videos that we hope to get done AT LEAST by the end of summer '07. Summer seems to be the best time for us to do stuff, so hopefully we'll get it all done. You'd think winter break would be a great time too, but winter break is busier than it sounds. Next week starts the next semester of college for me, so unless I devote myself to ONLY schoolwork and CBP (Crazy Bum Productions) work, you might just have to wait until summer for something.

But of course, don't let that discourage you from coming back every once in a while! Who knows? Maybe I'm encoding and uploading a new video right now? (I'm not...but it sounds cool, doesn't it?)

While you're waiting, you can always check out my radio show. You can listen online at www.wuso.org, and my show is Mondays and Tuesdays from 5-6 PM. Hopefully that will carry you over to our next video release? Until then, enjoy the new year!

Unfortunately that was not the video I was talking about in my previous list. The video due for August 15 just kinda.....died away. I might still do it for kicks (since the script is all ready) but college is really taking up my time right now. Plus Jay leaves for college on Saturday, so there goes half the crew :

Due to the college situation, I'll post a more realistic upcoming list:

- More Halo 2 montages, either from me or from Jay
- My version of PANICS Episode 1 (the video that was due for August 15)
- The Sonic Tales Episode 4
- Major site overhaul - mainly separating The Sonic Tales and Kill Faz (you'll notice themes are disabled and there's a new message for anonymous users at the top of the page under the banner)

And that's really all I've got for now. As for the new video, I'll try to encode some more versions later. I'm hoping to get on a bi-weekly schedule of releasing SOME kind of video, whether it be a Halo 2 montage, or just a PSA from Bob, we'll have something.

I do have something to give you however. Our good friend Jake Long (no relation to the American Dragon), the guy that graciously allowed us to use his music for Kill Faz, finally created a MySpace to showcase his talents. You can find it here. Visit it, add him as a friend, send him messages, listen to his music, and even download it if you want.

In news of what's coming up, I'll try to bore you the least and simply give you a wonderfully bulleted list:

- A new video that's placed under the category of Not-Related-To-Either-Series.
- Remake of Kill Faz Episode 1 and the Kill Faz Pilot (tentatively dubbed Episode 5)
- Episode 4 of The Sonic Tales (currently scripted and ready for recording)
- Major site overhaul, which basically is going to completely separate Kill Faz and The Sonic Tales, since they are themselves completely separate and made by completely different people (except me, who does both and the website). I'm basically going to have TheSonicTales.com be just for the The Sonic Tales, and KillFaz.com likewise. Nothing is going to be labeled by our company name(s), mainly because they either suck or are tentative. As for the videos that aren't related to either series, I'm still not sure. I'll definitely have them available for download somewhere, however.

And that's basically it. Unfortunately, I cannot give you timeframes for anything up on that list (except the special video, which has a deadline of August 15), and for that I apologize. But, to be honest, this is at most a two-man operation, and with our busy schedules as it is, it's difficult to get anything done. So with that, I bid you adeu, and hope that the next time we meet, I'll have something to show you. (I'm having a gay day). So until then, have fun!

This episode concludes the three-part mini-series (or mini-saga) that episode 2 started, and also concludes what was originally written as episode 2. There's a version on YouTube for simple watching, a high-quality Windows Media version for those with faster connections, a low-quality Windows Media version for those that want to download but have slow connections, a Quicktime version for those with Macs, and tomorrow an 85 MB HiRes Windows Media version for those that like high quality and downloading stuff. As a small side note, I recommend downloading a version instead of just watching it on YouTube just because YouTube converts the sound to mono and I take special care in the videos to take advantage of effects achieved using stereo sound. In other words, download one of 'em, and watch it with headphones. It's cool.

Next on the agenda for Red-Light Green-Light is a remake of the Kill Faz Pilot and Episode 1 in preparation for our DVD (gasp!). For RTC Fusion, we're looking at some more episodes of The Sonic Tales. And other than that, we're pretty good. Thanks for watching, come back soon. Tommy out.

For now, I am glad to give you a new video. It's available in the usual place (the Videos page) in the usual formats (Windows Media and Quicktime) from the usual source (FileFront). That reminds me, if you haven't yet noticed, we're using new video formats. We now offer a low-quality Windows Media version for those with slow connections, a high-quality Windows Media version for those that like quality, a Quicktime version for those silly Mac users out there (yes, that was a subliminal bash at Macs), and a YouTube version, for those that don't like downloading at all and just want to watch it.

This new video I speak of is a live action rendition of Episode 20 of the popular web series RedvsBlue. It was created for a fan contest on the forums there, and is actually doing pretty well so far (even though I'm getting a .3 point deduction for lateness...teehee). If you're a member at the RvB forums, please head over to the Machinima forum and vote for my video. If you're not a member, become one, because those forums and videos are freakin' awesome and, dare I say, better than ours (gasp).

But anyway, go ahead and watch the video, even if you don't know about/watch RvB, because you'll get to see the crazy antics of the RTCF crew in live action, which is really funny. And don't forget about that bloopers reel I promised (double wink).

So for now, you go watch that video, Lappy will commense in major video compressions, and Tommy will commense in major pwnage of the n00bs. See ya later!

Using the time during conversions on the other computer (the one that actually works...stupid Lappy), I went ahead and posted my Crunchbite Tribute video here on RTCF even though all files are on FileFront (I still need to reorganize the files on our server and FileFront, or better yet, get some more webspace). I would also like to mention that not only did this Crunchbite Tribute win the contest it was made for on the RvB Forums, but it also retains a 5-star rating on YouTube and got good reactions at a local film festival. So if you haven't yet seen it, check it out.

In upcoming news, I think it's safe to say that, with luck, episode 3 of Kill Faz will be released some time next week, and, with even more luck, episode 4 of The Sonic Tales as well. The Sonic Tales is not dead, it's just chillin' on the back-burner while greedy school boils over and over again on the three front-burners. So until next time, Tommy out!

Conveniently enough, it's just over five minutes, so it should work as a short time-filler in-between Halo games, before a big battle in WoW, during loading of Tomb Raider Legend, or even waiting for your download of a Sega emulator to finish to play some old-school Sonic. But whatever your flavor is, you should definitely check out the aforementioned video. If you're confused about what format to get, don't forget that we have conveniently placed a "Download Help" link in the little title bars of each video table thingy on the Videos page. Or, if you don't feel like reading through the long-yet-humorous FAQ, I'll just tell you here. If you're using a Windows PC, go Windows Media. If you're on a Mac, go Quicktime. If you know what you're doing and have DivX installed, go for DivX. My preference is Windows Media because I'm on a Windows PC and provides the best quality, in my opinion. Also, since I use the latest software in encoding the videos, you'll need the latest software to watch them. The links for the proper (free) programs are in the Video FAQ. And for those of you that don't like to download the videos and just want to watch them, I'm going to soon post all of our current videos on YouTube for your convenient watching pleasure.

Now, after watching Episode 02, you may say to yourself, "Self, what just happened? Isn't Episode 02 supposed to be like the best episode ever with a really cool story and stuff? And didn't Episode 02 take FOREVER to make? So what's the deal?" The answer to that (or those) questions is quite simple. The final original script for Episode 02 turned out to be 20 pages long, and, when filmed (which is what took us so long), turned out to be almost 20 minutes of episode time. Now who in their right mind would watch, let alone download, a 20-minute Kill Faz episode? Well I would, but that's not the point. We ended up with 20 minutes of episode time and about 150 gigs of footage. So, we had to split it up. The real episode 02 (the one you downloaded/will download) is the first part of a three-part mini-story. Episode 2, 3, and 4 of Kill Faz will, when put together, form the original Episode 2. So that basically means that episodes 3 and 4 will be out before next week is over, simply because we've already scripted, audioed, and filmed them. So be excited for that. Following episode 4 will be episode 5 (duh) which will be another random funny episode like episode 1 (which we're going to re-do eventually). Episode 6 then will start the true on-going storyline to the Kill Faz series. Episode 7 will be another random funny episode, 8 will continue the storyline, etc etc. We hope you enjoy Episode 2 and the rest of series as much as we do making it. (Seriously, this stuff is great fun.) And by the way, the third part, or Episode 4, isn't quite as long as the other two, so I'm planning to animate some of the audio bloopers that occurred during this long endeavor (pretty much every member of the Kill Faz cast appears in this three-part thing, so I ended up with over two and a half hours of audio to sift through! Although it was mildly enjoyable because of all the random funny stuff that came from their mouths. As a matter of fact, we may have to release a special "Making of Episode 2 Audio" blooper reel (hint hint) video just to show you how random and disfunctional our cast is. Or we'll just include it in the DVD (hint hint) if we ever make one.

Welp, this news post is pretty long, and it's pretty late, so it's time for me to go now. Go watch Episode 2, and, if you haven't seen it, the PSA that's also very funny. See ya!

As for our upcoming projects, we are already hard at work on Episode 02 of Kill Faz. This video actually has a deadline, because we want to show it at our school's talent show, the "Variety Show." We also plan on making short weekly commercials for the show to show at our school and advertise the show for showing. If I get the time, I might just put these videos on the server for your viewing pleasure, or make it a bonus feature on our DVD, if we ever release one. And through the making of these Kill Faz videos, we have a lot of material usable for bloopers. We may either make a blooper reel video for download or have it as a special feature on our DVD, again, if we ever release one. Or we may even cleverly incorporate them into the videos themselves.

In the meantime, if I get the time, I hope to finish episode 04 of The Sonic Tales. This episode features more crazy antics of Sonic and Tails, and I think Knuckles appears in this one as well. Yeah, he does, so be excited for that and such.

Until later, Tommy out!

If you just got here, check my really long news post below this one for more information about the goings-ons of RTCF..

Oh, and my montage is back online. All versions are on FileFront, but I would highly suggest downloading one of them (even if you downloaded it before) since I changed it a little. Nothing major, but enough to be worth downloading again. So goodnight for now, and enjoy the videos!
